I haved stayed at this hotel several times in the past four years as it is very convenient to where I need to be. The renovation is nice however, I was disappointed to find my room only surfact clean. the baseboards in the bathroom and the shelf in the closet were very dirty.

$* for a room at this location is outrageous. View from the room was nice but only visible looking out a window that you had to stand up to see. Bathtub grout where the tub meets the wall was black! Breakfast was very expensive, complimentary cookies in the lobby were not available. Had to wait to 5PM to check in.

rooms on the top floors were fully renovated. pool was great, room service wasn't terrible but putting plastic over anything kind of kills the food, i prolly should have went and sat but i was lazy. FD was great, very happy, the three gentlemen checking me in, j/j/z? trying to remeber names, but they were hllarious, good attitude and great service!

you need more than 2 tiny elevators!!! It is not super-easy to find, nor is it in a terrific neighborhood, but it's a beautiful place :). The restaurant was too expensive to bother taking the kids, so we found other places to eat. Staff VERY helpful :) "

you need more than 2 tiny elevators!!! It is not super-easy to find, nor is it in a terrific neighborhood, but it"s a beautiful place :). The restaurant was too expensive to bother taking the kids, so we found other places to eat. Staff VERY helpful :)
